We take confidentiality very seriously, and understand the importance when intellectual property, business data or personal writing is placed in our hands. We will not disclose to any third party the content of any material submitted by our clients. All employees have signed confidentiality agreements guaranteeing they will not disclose such materials.

We may disclose information to service providers (eg payment services) who act on our behalf, or if we are compelled to by law.

Points of Interest:

  • We delete all completed jobs one month after completion of the work and payment has been received.

  • All files are scanned for computer viruses. We use a reputable virus protection system, and update this program on a regular basis.

  • We will never sell our contact list.

In relation to our web site, we do not store any personally identifiable information. Our web site does not use cookies and the only time we ask for personal information is if you contact us or request a quotation. In such cases we only retain your information as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry.
