• Termination of Service and Contractual Obligations – PRESTIGE PROOFREADING reserves the right to terminate all service or contractual obligations with the client should said client violate any of the Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, PRESTIGE PROOFREADING can discontinue or terminate operation of this site, services, or its trading name at any time and for any reason.
  
  
• Refusal or Denial of Service – PRESTIGE PROOFREADING reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any client or prospective client for any reason.
  
  
• Content of Submitted or Created Materials – PRESTIGE PROOFREADING does not endorse, recommend, or support the content of any documents provided by or for the client. Clients are advised that plagiarism and the breach of copyright are serious offenses. PRESTIGE PROOFREADING assumes no responsibility or liability for the infringement of third party copyright in the content of said documents. Furthermore, while PRESTIGE PROOFREADING recognises the right to free speech, we reserve the right to refuse to proofread/edit or create any document that advocates or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination in contravention of national and international laws. PRESTIGE PROOFREADING is also not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.
  
  
• Ownership and Copyright over Submitted or Created Materials – The client retains sole copyright ownership, and control over all materials submitted to PRESTIGE PROOFREADING for proofreading/editing or any materials created or developed by PRESTIGE PROOFREADING for said client.
  
  
• Service Quality and Standards – All documents are proofread/edited or created to a high and exacting standard. However, PRESTIGE PROOFREADING provides no guarantee that a client’s work will be error free. Furthermore, PRESTIGE PROOFREADING is not responsible for delays in service as a result of technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances.
  
  
• Service Guarantee – PRESTIGE PROOFREADING provides customers with the best possible quality of service. Should a client be dissatisfied with the proofreading/editing or creation of a document, PRESTIGE PROOFREADING will refund the client’s payment. However, the refund is conditional on the client conclusively demonstrating how PRESTIGE PROOFREADING failed to meet its service obligations.
  
  
• Correctness and Accuracy of Client Information – The client must provide true and accurate information with respect to their name, address, email address, phone number, and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information will result in a denial of service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from such false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential.
  
  
• Financial Fraud or Theft – PRESTIGE PROOFREADING is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit card or other payment method used to purchase PRESTIGE PROOFREADING’s services.
  
  
• Indemnification – The client irrevocably agrees to indemnify and hold PRESTIGE PROOFREADING, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of the client’s use of the site or service, the violation of the Terms and Conditions by the client, or the infringement by the client of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
  
  
• Modification of Terms and Conditions and the PRESTIGE PROOFREADING site – The Terms and Conditions of the PRESTIGE PROOFREADING site can be modified, amended, altered, changed, reorganised, rewritten, or revoked at any time and for any reason.
  
  
• Entire Agreement – These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and each party acknowledges they have not relied upon any written or oral representations made to them by the other party.
